1. Items will be sent to all the countries over the world.

2. This package will be sent by Malaysia Airmail Signage Post with tracking NO.

3. Items will be checked carefully before being sent out.

4. We will use air bubbles to wrap the items carefully in case bad handling on the way.

5. 1 business days for order processing after received your cleared payment.

6. The estimated shipping time is about 3 to 14 working days to Worldwide.

7. The shipping time will be varied because of the duration of the custom checking and your local post office processing time.

8. If you didn’t get the package more than 20 working days, please contact with us.



Ordering Procedure

1.Before you make an order, please read the details first and if you need to ask, do email us to inquire the goods. We will reply you about products and shipment information as soon as possible and we are sorry if we had reply late due to the volumes of emails comes in everyday.

6. After shopping, checkout the shopping cart to ensure your order

7. Check in the delivery form carefully to avoid delay or wrong accrued and please put any note (if needed) in the comment section so we can follow your instructions.

8. if the payment above RM 500 (only credit card payment type) Send another email to sales@blackberrymalaysia.com with attached form or fax to us the signed form of credit card authorised purchased. Please download the form here.

9. We will send you confirmation of purchased by email with the reference code(e.g. stock code, invoice code), please print it out and retain for future reference

10. After received the payment we will arrange delivery by our designated courier within the same day if the time are not exceed 14.00pm (cut off time), Malaysia Time. Otherwise we will send it on next working day.

Order Cancellation

1. No cancellation is allowed for confirmed order. Exception will be granted at BlackberryMalaysia.com discretion.



Warranty Policies

1. For the item with manufacturing warranty period. Please contact us via email and please attach with the receipt of purchased before returning the defective item.

2. Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories.

3. Only manufacturing defective product will be offered exchange.

4. Refund only accepted if item returned in good original condition as you received. Inspect the conditions of the item as you received, report to us immediately if any problems, tested item first prior to installation, parts have been installed, scratched, or abused will not be accepted for refund or exchange. We will not be responsible for damages due to improper installations. Please include item number or our communication emails with your returns.

5. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Customers will be responsible for return shipment fee.



Return Policy

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@Blackberrymalaysia.com to obtain an authorization for returns or any other solutions advices.

2. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

3. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us within seventh (3) days of delivery, securely packaged and wrapped.

4. The shipping or postage charges of return items will be according to the situation of items/events to decide whether the customers or BlackberryMalaysia.com will be responsible.

5. Normally We will pay for the shipping cost of resending items to you, while buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items.

6. BlackberryMalaysia.com reserves the right to make the final decision of all shipping or postage charges of return items.
